By accessing or using Converthy, you agree to these Terms of Use and the other policies applicable to the platform.

If you do not agree with these conditions, you must stop using the service.

2. About the service

Converthy provides tools for file conversion and manipulation.

In the image tools currently available, compatible processing takes place directly in the user's browser, without the need to send the file to Converthy's servers to perform the conversion.

Features, supported formats, and processing methods may be changed or expanded as the platform evolves.

3. Permitted use

The user is responsible for the files they select, process, or use through the platform and must ensure they are authorized to perform those operations.

Converthy must be used in accordance with applicable law and in a way that does not harm the platform, its infrastructure, other users, or third parties.

4. Prohibited uses

Converthy may not be used for unlawful or abusive activities, or for activities intended to compromise the security, availability, or operation of the platform.

It is also prohibited to attempt to bypass technical controls, exploit vulnerabilities, deliberately overload infrastructure, or use the service to violate the rights of third parties.

5. Files and user responsibility

The user remains responsible for the content, origin, legality, and use of files processed through Converthy.

We recommend keeping important files in a safe location before performing any conversion or transformation.

6. Local and cloud processing

Whenever technically appropriate, Converthy prioritizes local processing in the browser.

Future features may use remote processing when an operation cannot be performed appropriately on the user's device.

When this type of feature becomes available, the interface should appropriately identify operations that use remote infrastructure.

7. Service availability

Converthy may undergo updates, maintenance, interruptions, or technical changes.

Although measures are taken to keep the platform available and functional, uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed across all devices, browsers, files, or usage conditions.

8. Conversion results

Results may vary depending on the format, file content, browser, device, and characteristics of the operation performed.

The user should verify the resulting file before using it in important or professional situations, or in situations that depend on specific quality, compatibility, or integrity requirements.

9. Intellectual property

Converthy's visual identity, interface, text, proprietary elements, and other original components are protected by applicable law.

Use of the platform does not transfer to the user any rights over Converthy's brand, identity, or other proprietary assets.

Rights related to files submitted or processed remain with their respective rights holders.

10. Third-party services

Converthy's operation may depend on services and infrastructure provided by third parties, such as hosting, content delivery, security, and network services.

The availability or operation of these external services may be subject to the policies and conditions of their respective providers.

11. Privacy

The processing of information related to the use of the platform is described in Converthy's Privacy Policy.
